Skills Society works to build inclusive communities where people with disabilities can live full and meaningful lives. This illustration series was created for signage at their annual summer picnic with the intention that it can be reused year after year. Because the event is hosted off-site, the signage helps establish a sense of place while creating a welcoming and recognizable environment for staff, folks serves, and the wider community to gather and connect. Building on the existing brand colour palette, the illustrations create a playful, friendly visual system that captures the spirit of the event.
